How do I become a member of WHFA?

You can join online by filling out a short application and providing us with your credit card information for membership dues. You can also call our office at (800) 422-3778 and our membership team can fax or mail an application to you. The membership team is also available to answer questions about membership dues and benefits. If you are in a hurry to join, either join online or fax back your application wtih your credit card information. You can also mail your application to the WHFA office with a check.

How long does it take to become a member?

You will become a member of WHFA once we receive your application and membership dues.

Who can join WHFA?

WHFA is an association for home furnishings retailers. Our members are full-line furniture stores, flooring stores, specialty stores, etc. Furniture manufactures and representatives are also eligible for an associate membership.

Why do retailers join WHFA?

We are a one-stop resource for home furnishings retailers. We have over 50 programs and services to assist retailers with improving store profits and productivity. Once I become a member of WHFA, how do I get on a membership program?

After you join WHFA, you will be assigned to a membership services rep (depending on the location of your store) who will be your primary contact to answer your questions and sign you up on any of our 50+ programs and services. You will also receive a new member binder with all of our programs and services listed in detail.

How long does it take to get approved for financing or financial programs?

Applications for our financial programs are handled by the vendors directly. Each vendor will keep you updated on your application status and progress.

How can I get your member list?

We don't sell or give out our member list to anybody but approved WHFA program vendors. WHFA strives to keep our members information private.

What are your most utilized programs?

WHFA members want to save money on a daily basis. They do this through our credit card processing and finance programs, workers' comepenation and health insurance programs as well as the products available through our store (warehouse, touch-up and lighting products).
