Having been to numerous teacher conventions and conferences, I was prepared for the mundane and archaic.  WOW- I was so pleased at the high powered sessions with presenters who were professional, well organized and knowledgeable. As a newcomer to the retail world, I feel very much better prepared to face the customer each day.  I am anxious to impart what I learned to our store personnel.  And, the planning and social events were exceptional and very well orchestrated.
